it's down to luck, i know a lad who has survived two accidents because he didn't have a seatbelt on, one was a pole through the window which whould have gone through his face if he didn't move, the other time i think he was just that drunk he did the whole baby thing a went limp. Muppet!

If you talk to most lorry drivers they don't wear a seatbelt as they think it's safer.

its also not a legal requirement that truckers wear them. Not that the fact came as much comfort to a guy who worked for the same company as my dad when he hit the bulletproof windscreen at 40 mph like it was concrete!

yeah - it depends what experiences you've had with seatbelts!

when i had a head on at 50mph in my first bravo it was the seatbelt that saved my life (and the airbag) the seatbelt broke my collarbone and sternum but without it i would have gone through the windscreen!

i've never put pics of that car up, i might try and scan them some time.

but yeah - i value seatbelts very much!
