In addition, there will be catering facilities – Italian style, sponsors display and model car collectors will be pleased to see Italian Miniatures here in Scotland again.

Less than a week away now, can’t believe how quickly it’s come round. A couple of us (at least) will be on-site early to set up the stand and we may even have the bbq up and running when you arrive - if we don’t take too long getting the event shelter up that is. Of course, it does depend on if someone can remember how the event shelter goes up as it’s been a while…

Hope to see lots of you there. Just tell the marshals you’re with Fiat Forum/Fiat Scotland and they’ll send you in our direction.

This is tomorrow folks, hope to see a few of you there. Just look out for the giant fiat badge and you'll find us.

Unless we're using it to disguise an alfa :D

In which case, look for a red grande punto and a blue mk 1 punto (y)

Have you got room for a couple of Ayrshire Punto's ?
Hoping to be up there for 10am ,i'll look for the big red fiat sign (y)

Just grabbin a rat steak at Harvester...like the old days ??

Seeya all tomorrow ?

Thanks to everyone who made it along today. It was a good day but sadly the weather broke down for us quite regularly and so we think many people decided (understandably) to bail. However, there was still some great cars on show for those who braved the weather and it was nice to see some old friends - especially those who really made an effort to head north again firstcar-Y10 and co-pilot. i'm also pleased that some newer people said hello and look forward to seeing them again at other events (y)

Only a couple of photos from me this year I'm afraid.

First of all the cars that ensured I stayed within the speed limit and boosted my mpg on the trip south. But we got some great looks as we convoyed down

And this was the outstanding car for me. If you haven't seen his build thread already then have a look here

Now SICD is over for another year I'll think of a new sig tomorrow I promise :D

Aw thanks, would hate to miss one, and great to see the FS team again this year.

Hmmm, I got some photos of this red Punto - someone had really gone to town detailing the interior, maybe get those up tomorrow:p

:ROFLMAO:

I'm still cringing at the level of inspection that lady gave the interior of my car. Goodness knows what she must have been thinking

Still, it's inspired a new signature

Glad you two got home ok

Just want to say thanks for being so welcoming when I visited your "tent" yesterday. It was really nice to speak with you and put some faces to the names. Thanks also for posting the picture of your two Puntos. I meant to take a picture of them after speaking with you but got completely distracted by the 500 and Giardiniera just across the way from you! I was very lucky with the weather. It stopped raining as I was driving through South Queensferry on my way outward and stayed fine until I was actually returning to "Becky" in the car park on my way home!

Hey, just spotted your Punto right in the background of the last picture (showing the rear of the 500s)

I totally agree with you about the little blue X19. What a treat to see it. I must have spent a good 20 minutes chatting with the fellow who built it. Thanks so much for posting it's build thread, I've spent the last 15 minutes, or so, reading it and I'll likely return to it.

Don't know if you've been there yet but I posted some more pics in the leisure lounge under "what made you smile today" - just in case you want to take a look. Sorry there's not much in the way of "supercars" but I like the more "mundane" like the 500's and 128 (first engine I ever did a cambelt on!)

Just to finish off these two cars really reminded me how taken I am with the Evo trim

And this Zagato was gorgeous

So thanks again for a lovely afternoon out - hope to see you again next year.
