Many thanks to all that attended today, I hope you all had an enjoyable day, I know I did, apart except for, dropping my camera at the Green Dragon, falling over in the mud at Beaulieu and getting the yellow warning light come on, on the way home.

Apart from that it was great. (y)

Special thanks to Mark and Kirsty for planning such a picturesque route, I thought by now we had covered every road in the forest but you came up trumps again.

Mel, I hope those winter tyres came into their own after that heavy hail, lol.

Ian, it amazes me the distance you will drive for a free lunch Ha! Ha! Just kidding, but don't leave the country yet.

Chris and Jean, lovely to see you again, hoped you didn't get too hot at that end of the table. Looking forward to seeing that panoramic shot you took by the lake.

Hedley and Esme (hope that is the correct spelling but the pencil Mel lent me was very light) hope you both enjoyed your first outing with us and look forward to seeing you at the summer picnic next year. I have never seen a convertible roof go up so quickly as when it started to rain. :D

Thanks also to those that weren't able to do the full event (widgit & buttoncup) but still turned up to just to say Hi.

Cheers

Tony

These are some of th pictures I took with my poorly camera, please feel free to add any others if you can.

Many thanks again to Tony for organising the day - we really enjoyed it :)

And thanks to Mark and Kirsty for leading the way - no idea where we went but very scenic :)

And thanks to everyone for making us feel welcome :)

Apologies to Mel for getting your nationality wrong! :bang:

Journey home rather longer than expected - queues outside Ringwood caused by crash - No, not us! (actually an old style Punto), and it absolutely er..... precipitated down so no topless action for us again today.

Thanks to everyone who attended. We had a great time even if one of the planned roads was closed due to flooding :(

Kirsty is still trying to move after all that chocolate cake but when she does she will load some photo's of the day.

Thanks for Tony for the organising and for the coffees.

Mark and Kirsty :)

Another triumph! Faultless organisation by Tony as always (thank for the coffee)s, and another picturesque route Mark and Kirsty took us - although I did recognised a bit of it (well it was bound to happen even to me after 8 times in our little NF Fiat convoy ;)) Very nice to meet new people (Moonraker, no apologies needed, sometimes even I forget where I come from) and catch up with old pals... Can't wait for the next one and Merry Xmas to all!

I was a good meal, I did manage to burn off all that turkey with a 7.7 mile run....in the rain.

We came up on the tailback but as we were calling into friends in the Ringwood area we were able to take the Poulner turn off and miss the queue. Glad you made it back OK. (y)

(I did post this on the 500 thread when I got back yesterday)

Hi everyone. Just got back from our day out in the New Forest. Had a great time and a chance to meet some new people. Hope to see you again in the new year.
