Guys theres 2 parts to the gears in the speedo drive. 1 being the long nylon gear 9636832480... I don't see the washer on it 9604879380 would that matter? And lastly the gear that no 1 goes into 9636832780 that looks to be inside the gearbox can it be changed easy or is it a gearbox apart job... any help be great thanks.

Can anyone confirm an easy fix or gearbox to be split to fit part 3.

Lots of people fill the gearbox through the speedo hole though I wouldn't recommend it. As long as you keep it vertical going back in theres no issue. Only need to split the box it is falls in.
