New 2019 fiat Ducati based Motorhome, brakes squeezing after only 2000 miles
Told by dealer not covered under fiat warranty,

You can get special silicon based brake grease.
Put at specific location on caliper.

Any really bad driving conditions for the van?
Very unusual to get this so soon...

Probably not greased properly on first service/pdi

I think I'd first remove the wheels and check the disc surfaces for grooves caused by debris/small stone trapped between them and the pads.
