I am having an intermittant ABS/ASR/handbrake light on the dash, primarily when driving over bumpy bits of road. MES says keep an eye on it.
This morning the wagon passed its MOT but the technician noticed, me too as i watched the brake bank readings that the rear left disc is 30% less efficient than the rear right.
He let me pass anyway but suggested an adjustment may be needed!
How do you adjust it may I ask, the pads were done last year and 6000kms ago. Mileage is 120000KMs or 75000 miles it's just run in:)

Don't know the exact system the. Rake used but I'm guessing it's a regular floating caliper with slide pins

If so the first thing I'd try is removing the caliper and pads cleaning everything up remove rust from the pad carrier then apply fresh grease to the pad contact area and slide pins then re assemble

Slide pins front and rear are done on my 2013 Boxer every year prior to mot , and my van lives in Spain 11 mths of the year , have had the same problem with all my Seval vans .

Plus handbrake adjustment always needs attention as well, because the cables are not man enough , to long and always stretch , spanish mechanics are well versed in the perculiarities of these vans ..!!!!
