Hi
Does have any advice regarding adjusting valve clearances on 2.8iTDI engine. Russek manual gives some help but seem a special tool in required?

Have you tried dare I say it.....You Tube...

You have to replace the shims to change the clearance, very unlikely it needs doing unless its been abused or has massive mileage on it.

Corcai - thanks - I wasnt too bothered about it but the Russek book says to do them.
