2003 Ducato 2.0 padlock light on and will not start fault code says immobilize not reading anyone know how to fix this

How many keys have you got? If more than one try the others. Key could have lost it's rolling code.

Yes tried the 2 keys still the same

Hi most likely is key ecu under steering column little light green box with Delhi sticker on it you could try new receiver aerial around barrel but 99% normally key ecu they get spiked if you jump start vehicle . Have you got key card with documents? 5 digit number
You need to code new ecu box as long as keys and control units are all fiat chassis original or you’ll have trouble because coding will be wrong fiat dealer can confirm in minutes that key ecus faulty if you got correct code card

can you give us some history of when and how the fault appeared? If that does not give us a clue you will have to get some decent diagnostics like Multiecuscan on it. Were are you located?
