Hi all

I was looking in here for a howto to reset the spannersymbol on my 2002 ducato motorhome... and the only answer found was to get the car to a dealer to have them do it... However after a little googling I found out how to fix it myself.

1 - Hold down the tripcounterbutton
2 - Turn the ignition on (keep holding the button for ca 10-15 sec)
4 - Now display shows CFG1, choose between CFG1/2/3 using the tripcounterbutton to select the service interval. 18,600(30000km), 12,500(20000km) or 9,300(15000km) miles
5 - Press the tripcounterbutton for 10-15 sec to enter the right interval.

the indicator will come on again after 12 months regardless of serviceinterval for veichles with low mileage, or the interval you choose to use

Many thanks for the above info, I'm sure that quite a few members will appreciate it.

Yes I had been puzzled why my spanner was on and a message like 12 days, now I know - we aint done many miles in our MH since purchase/service last November.

I assume if I just reset the system even with the lowest period, the spanner will go and return next Nov' - (y)

Cheers
Merry xmas
