Odometer/ Mileage flashing.

2014 Fiat Doblo 1,3 diesel multijet Pickup!
Odometer is flashing, tok it to the dealer and they did a proxy aligment with no luck as they could not "contact" the radio.. (original radio) Ant tips where to start fault finding?

Also, any tips on repair manuals that have the same engine as the Doblo.. I could not find a dedicated manual for my specific car but i guess this engine setup is used in other fiats..

Did the dealer check for loose plugs on the back of the radio? Even if the radio was not connecting to the CAN bus the proxi-alignment should have stopped the flashing mileage having assumed ther radio was removed.
Closest available manual to your pickups engine is probably the Grande Punto. Th electronic manual, eLearn, can be downloaded here

To be honest i dont know what else they checked. Btw the radio is working as normal excpt for that Bluetooth blue&me thingy..
I’ll certtainly have a look at the connections you mentioned.
Do i need a particular obd device w/Fiat licence etc to do the proxy aligment myself?
