hi i need to replace my 5 speed gear box on my doblo 1.9 jtd 2003
it has the driveshafts on splines and hydraulic clutch .My question is is the stilo gearbox or any other fiat jtd gearbox able to fit thanks dave

I would rather go for the Multipla as it is closest to the Doblo in size & floorpan....

Can't give you a positive answer, but just as a thought, have you had a look through ePer to see if you can get matching part numbers for different model gearboxes. Might be worth a look

Sorry for the guess, but I recently had my Doblo mapped for extra power and since the map chap couldn't find a 1.9 Doblo (just the 1.3) I suggested Multipla.

Exact match and the Doblo is keeping up through the gears with Audi A3* turbo's to prove it :slayer:

So, if they use the exact same engine & ECU, I just cant imagine the box would be any different...

However, I will go and find out for you ;)

*the chap was astounded that my two story car was right behind him up hill :D

EDIT: Been looking through ebay and side by side, it looked like both boxes are identical!

Nine bolt holes for attaching, clutch lever actuated by hydraulics and gear change by morse cable.....but I could be wrong.
