hi all ive a problem with my 03 doblo 1.9jtd it wont start.ive changed fuel pump,injectors,crank sensor and fitted new battery.desiel up as far as injectors but it wont fire.would this be an immobiliser problem.i need help please its costing a fortune and i would be very greatfull.thanks
 
you really need to get codes read and monitor parameters during the starting procedure. The cost of all these parts is high so you really need to stop guessing and get some facts/correct information before proceding further.
 
it was my local fiat garage that told me i needed these item but now their stumped so i thought someone who has owned one would probably be the best to ask.the car was running fine and when driving along it just cut out and wouldnt start.i know this is a bad discription but thats what happen.garage read ecu and said no codes except heater plug faultis there anyone that could help with any ideas at all.thank:cry:

appreciate what you are saying but if the garage is giving you constantly wrong advice then the onus is on them assuming you paid for their diagnosis and not just a error code reading.

Again unless you want to guess more parts you really need the correct equipment to monitor fuel pressures/quantity, key code recieved, ECU sensor inputs/outputs.

However we can possible help to an extent, but need more info....is it the turbo engine you have? is there fuel atthe injectors, red or yellow engine light, does keycode light come on/go out, is fuel interia button tripped!
 
it is turbo engine key code light comes on but goes out right away fuel up to injectors but injector not letting fuel through to engine and dont know where fuel switch is on car.the red engine management light is on when you turn key but does this not come on anyway when starting the car normally.done injector test with injector tester and fuel getting there ok.thanks for trying to help and giving your time mate (y)

checked fuel cut off switch seems ok.what do you mean supply and neg trigger at injectors.
 
:bang:hi again just lifted doblo out of fiat garage they couldnt fix it but they charged me £588 for the pleasure.does anyone know anything about immobiliser by pass auto spark told me about something in fuse box is common problem.please help me i dont want to scrap it as it is in 1st class condition apart from not starting:cry:
 
(n)still not starting anyone any ideas.or else its of to big scrap yard with it.:confused:someone please help
 
does anyone know where the stop fuel solenoid is on a 1.9jtd doblo.would be greatfull for help:confused:
 
:bang:they said if i didnt pay i couldnt get car back.could you tell me where ecu is located on doblo please as im going to get immobiliser disabled on ecu.thanks tom.(y)
 
hi all ive finally solved problem my fiat garage couldnt.although they used thier diagnostic gear they didnt.it turned out to be the cam sensor had earthed out so changed and it fired up right away.£46.34 for part including vat.so be carefull of these high charges from fiat dealers whos diagnostic equipment cant show this problem and charge you a fortune.so 6 mths down the line it is great to get it going again(y)
