Yes there is a pulse wire.
There is a block connector comming from the gearbox with 3 wires comming out of it, you want the middle wire ( green or green/yellow ) ,TAKE CARE !!!! I made a mistake connecting my Taxi Meter, and had to have the body computer reprogramed by Fiat
