I know they are not the best, but up untill recently they have always provided the best service down here in Cornwall, being that all the others are/were slower and with no sign of cable/fibre optic broadband anytime soon here either.

But recently it has been awful, with connection speeds of about 10kbps!! Thats slower than dial up!!!
