yeah, think a set of 10mil spacers would sort the problem out a bit.

problem is that 10 mil spacers would need longer bolts than ive got at the moment, ive had all this at the garage i got the wheels from :(

when it comes back from the bodyshop i'm gonna get it all sorted

Then the tester may well find himself out of a job sooner or later.
The saxo may have been made legal for the MOT (e.g. sticking reflectors on to aftermarket lights, etc.) and then the stuff removed after the MOT

no, i know he just passes stuff, he works on the basis- if your car fails you dont pay, he said people have taken there car there knowing its going to fail so they take no money then he says its passed and obviously they have no money! lol, he gets good money though.

Then that is dangerous, and the guy is not doing his job properly.
