Ive been reading the threads on TB's and have decided to replace mine from the standard 30mm one but, im confused on which model of punto i have to get it from i want the 38mm one from the punto but is it the P75 or the P65 i have to use?

Also is it possible for a punto exhaust manifold to be put into the cinq?

dont know on the TB sizes. exhaust manifold will fit. just dont get one from a 55 as it will be the same as the cinq one. tried looking for a 4 2 1 mani? few supersprint ones around normally

its a 1.1 cento sporting with the standard 30mm size throttle body

32 from a Punto 60 is the simplest swap, remember the spacer, and do the calculation with Pi and you'll find the size of improvement.

Easiest is probably P60 (but do check that it's actually bigger). Some of the 1.4 Pugs and Citroens have a bigger one that can be adapted (must be a Weber/Marelli TB, not a Bosch one). The P75 one can be done, but will require work (it has no injector in the TB as it's an MPI car) -- post by Arc with a link to how to do it.

For easy, peasy results, buy a 40mm!

With Pi? It's the area that's critical, not the diameter. Here for eggsample.

Don't pay extra for the manifold, use the TB and spacer from the Punto on the Cento manifold.

Remember to make a gasket, its easier to make a the gasket for the TB rather than the manifold.

From memory -- alanhelen will be round in a minute -- the injector and the sensors need to be swapped over.

P55 and P60 exhaust manis are the same as the SPI 1108 cars.

Some Punto 55 exhaust manifolds are twin down pipe versions as used on some 75's.

Worth looking out for, then. I'd guess there are some on P60s, too -- possibly a case of not having the right mani to keep production going, so using what came to hand.

Unless you can find a P75 type one, there's no point. If you do, get everything down as far as the cat -- will probably need a little welding to fit, but worth the effort.
