Maybe this will help someone. As a new cinq owner, it was a little confusing for me at first.
The plastic spacer between the TB and inlet manifold DOES have seperate gaskets and they are not intergrated into the spacer (although it may seem that way.) With some time and care, those old gaskets CAN be removed and then new ones fitted.

if it ever helps anyone, I used Hondaseal 4 when I was reassembling mine - cleaned all faces and put a thin layer on. Worked well in a pinch (didn't have any gaskets or gasket paper)
