Hi
I was tinkering with my cinq today and noticed a pipe not connected to anything.I traced it back and i think it went onto the t/b or inlet manifold.
This turned out to be a vacuum pipe obviously disconnected when someone removed the original airbox.I`ve blocked the pipe and the revs have dropped about 200rpm on tickover. Is this the correct thing to do?or should it be connected elsewhere?
Cheers

Is it brown? If so, just keep it blocked and leave it like that. It's used when the airbox is on but if you've put an induction kit on it becomes useless.

Is it for an air pressure switch, anyone?

It`s using a sx carb box thingy with a cone filter but it`s a bit of a lash up,i`m gonna order my K+N when i go back to work on tuesday. So i can refit the oil breather and vacuum pipe properly.
Cheers
Adrian
