Thank you.

hi bumble!
i recently fitted momo steering wheel to my punto so im assuming this will be similar!
firstly you need the boss kit!
i got mine off ebay but demon tweeks sell (around £59 for propper momo one).

ok then when this arrives and you have your boss (depends if your car has airbags not sure if it does.).

1) disconnect the battery.
2) a very small flat head screwdriver and prise the centre panel off (this was the horn button on the punto not sure of the layout of the chinq)
3) under all this there should be a very large nut (32mm iirc) and undo this. This will allow the standard wheel off. Fit the new boss plug the horn button in

should be boss>earth ring>horn button>wheel>horn ring.

then just tighten the bolts that come with it :)

hope this helps. :)

it one year newer than mine i had an are bag you most like have one to there are 2 covers on the left and right side of the back of the wheel pop them off there 2 allen key bolts in there per side remove them then the center will come out put a thick glove on and stand clear of the drivers seat and turn the round thing in there there stickers tell what way to turn it and use a flat blade on the little black locking tab and then the air bag is out once you turn it the air bad in no longer armed but still handle with care thens is a 25mm or 26mm bolt in the middle and then your wheel is off the car when dealing with the air bag stay as far from the thing as you can if it pops it will hurt bad

I don't think an 'N' reg will have an airbag, so it should be easy enough.

Make sure that when fitting the replacement wheel that you line up the 'pip' on the boss with the hole in the indicator ring and that you line up the wheel on the boss with the 'pip' in the right place so that the indicators cancel correctly.

Cheers
