Firstly check the plugs out and also the HT leads, possibly renew them if they've not been changed in a while & also check the vac lines for blockages. If that throws up nothing try a compression test.

I think I understand the OP, these foreign language translator programmes do mangle the english a bit.

Check the manifold temp sensor.

Cheers

Are you dyslexic? Try adding a spellchecker to your browser.

Remember this is an international forum. I think the OP is using a cheap/free translator from whatever his language is to english and its not very good.

Cheers

Re: stalling wen cold and losing power past 4500 revs

Translated version below

Hello!

I have had a little trouble with my standard Cinquecento Sporting in the last few days. I first noticed it when I started the car one day after work and it would not idle.I have to rev it slightly to keep it running, and the problem disappears after about 10 minutes of running.

The second problem is that when I am driving and I take it past 4,500 rpm, the car will not go any faster. It feels like a fuel starvation problem or something.

Has anybody else had this problem or know what could be causing it?
Many Thanks.
Chris

No, he's British, so a spellchecker would hopefully improve the posts

Cheers Madmike

I love the concept of the Irishman providing the translation, cheers.

I guessed it might be some young persons type of language, but the OP has not indicated a location, lazy sod.

Cheers
