I think it might be time to swap the low temperature thermostat out of the loop...



and more worryingly;



even with a bit more stress on the engine it doesn't get a lot hotter on the water - but the oil comes up, but imo not far enough.

Get a radiator blind.

That, or some duct tape!

That way, you can always pull off the tape if it starts to run hot.

or clamp the main hose a bit. It's pretty flexible. That'll slow the flow a bit. Not sure its as wise as the above suggestions though lol

I removed my low-temp one last october as it was staying far too cold.

Couldn't be bothered to put it back in for the summer though.

i think i best see how mine is doing now as well

Can tell your no longer a student the fuel light isn't on
