okay, i got yet another sei earlier today, another sporting one, 60k miles, bodywork great, electrics perfect, cost me £380!
few problems though,
1. 5th is non existent, the gearbox feels loose but wont even go near 5th unless the reverse collar is pulled, even then, it wont engage 5th, feels like someones fitted a 4 speed instead, it feels blocked off. could it be the springing again?
2. Handbrake is pathetic as usual on my cento's!, will be fixing that tomorrow, rear drivers side brake is dragging, making an almighty noise when over 30mph, guessing this is connected, seems very, very common!!!
3. clutch is a bit heavy and lumpy feeling and stiff when easing off the pedal, also a strange vibration coming through the car when stopped, possibly the gearbox mounting?
4. boot lock knackered, think theres a key tipped snapped in it
other than that its a great wee car though!!!!
