Resetting ECU

Is this possible? Jump started my cinq today but now the ECU warning light comes on and off. Engine runs ok and I'm sure I just need to reset the brain due to the battery problem.

Any ideas?

Cheers

OJ

hi welcome to the forum:)
you can disconect the battery for about 15 minuets that should do it but the car will then run a bit strange for a couple of miles.

might be an idea to start her up using the red key (if you have one) to make everything run tikety-boo
