so the right front wheel bearing need to change unfortunately:( but that's I don't think need to be a big problem if it wasn't for the ABS sensor if that thing needs to go out?

The little screw holding the sensor is really rusty and I got a feeling it won't loosen, and is the sensor hard to get out if I do get the screw of? or can I leave the sensor in while the bearing is pressed out and in?

many questions have you guys here any tip it would be appreciated.

I tried remove the ABS sensor to day just to get a heads up if I need to order a pair of those to before I go ahead and change the bearing. to my surprise the rusty m6 screw came out like nothing.

The sensor itself was stuck but with a lot of wd40 and a brakerbar it was loose. Now it spinns in the hole when I turn it.

I didn't try to remove completely, I try that next week when the bearing arrives and the disck and tierod is of. Then I get better axes to it.

I report back when did that and if I got it of in one piece.

After fitting the new bearing, make sure that the gap in the circlip is lined up with the hole for the ABS sensor.

A 14mm spanner may help removing the sensor.

so finally both front wheel bearings are changed. The Bravo feels like new again, all the noise is gone, thankfully.
I took of the hub and went to a friend that owns a machine shoop. He has a big press 100tons, of course it was a little bit bigger than needed for the job. At first I thought of trying it out my self , I've seen these guys on youtube hammering out bearings and then put the new one in the freezer to fit easier. Glad I didn't go that way these things I stuck as crazy.

The tip I got with the 14mm spanner made it easy to remove the ABS sensors. Just a 10min twist back and forward and they where out in one peace.
