There are a few causes I know of including leaking injectors, bad plugs or worn piston rings. These would all have other symptoms such as rough running loss of power, smoke etc.

Who i how did determine that petrol is in oil?

Lekaing injectors will very fast "wash out" cilinders and wear piston rings.
Bad plugs or coils cause erratle idling, missfire durig acceleration, engine shaking like it works on 3 cilinders etc

Did you actually see an increase in the oil level? or are you just smelling the oil and smells like petrol?

Short journeys in the winter time will cause that.

I'm smelling the dip stick and it smell's of petrol.
Also when I'm giving it some over a long duration it gives off the same smell.
A lot of soot in and from exhaust

Keep an eye on the dip stick level.
You don't have a problem unless the oil level rises.
Like i said before, it's probably the short journies.
