Hi everyone,

First of all I would like to express my thanks to the founders of this internet site.

I'm from Turkey. I have got a 2011 Bravo MJet, 120hp active plus+spk. (digital gray) :slayer:
I've heard that gasoline is cheaper than diesel in GB. On the contrary diesel is cheaper than gasoline in my country. So I preferrred Mjet.

I'm 28 years old and a lecturer in a public university. We already have a forum. We share many things about our car and knowledge but I thought I can find out newer information here. I like my car. :worship:Hope to have a good time.

Hello!
And you guys are very lucky. It cost me £72 (83 euros) to fill my car up with diesel yesterday and that's at a cheap garage!

The prices here:

1 litre eurodiesel: 3,7 Turkish lira (£ 1,46)

1 litre gasoline: 4,2 Turkish lira (£ 1,66) The price among them was bigger when I bought the car. (1 gallon = 3.75 litre.)

I can fill up the car for £ 84 (58 liter, 15,32 gallons)

Turkey and England are the countries where fuel products are the most expensive..

This is Britain.

That map's not much help! Looks like Scotland begins ABOVE Glasgow and Edinburgh, lol.

I think it's fair to use England as a generic term for Great Britain :p

diesel £ 0.31 but its kinda dirty diesel ...but.. we dont have diesel cars anyway

petrol £ 0.55

unleaded 95 £ 0.62

you have have cheaper cars in price but we have much cheaper fuel so .. we'r some how even :D

I just find it offensive and ignorant when foreigners can't even be bothered to learn that England isn't the only thing on these isles.

I beg you to find me someone from NI, Wales or Scotland that would say they live in England.

And you know everything about every other country in the World? Have some tolerance.
We're 4 separate countries spread over 2 different islands with several names referring to us either individually, as a part whole or proper whole. Hence my second statement. He said England, you knew what he meant so where's the harm?

Why should I bother learning UK's borders or sections ? I know that UK is a European country and located in northwestern Europe.. More is more.. I'm not an immigrant or a refugee..

I joined here for sharing information about my Bravo..

Speaking of which...!

What is SPK?
I also have an MJet 120, but in Dynamic trim. A very nice car indeed but I'm always lusting after the more powerful ones...

I think SPK is an option only in my country.

SPK= Safety Plus Kit: ESP+ ASR + HBA+ MSR Hillholder + 7 airbag (3 more than normal)

SPK is already standart in dualogic types.

120 hp is satisfying here. Because non of the car manyfacturers import more than 1,6L engines because of the taxations. Golf tdi= 105hp, Renault megane tdi: 105 hp Ford focus, Peugeot 308 Citroen C4 :109Hp

My car has all those features too - the Hillholder and ASR, etc being an optional upgrade at the time.

That sucks about Turkey not importing high powered cars; how are you supposed to have fun??
