The dash just didn't light last time I started the car. All other panels work - climate, radio...Just the multifunction display stays off. Any ideas before I take the car to the service? A bad fuse? It's a Tjet 150 by the way...10x...

I had this problem a few weeks ago when I used the spare key. Despite taking the key out, locking the door and then restarting the engine, all I got was a blank orange screen. I tried the 'normal' key but all was fine. Needless to say, by the time I had visited the dealer with the 'dodgy' key, all was well. The dealer merely pointing out that the car was Italian after all (in jest).
I'd suggest trying an alternative key then the faulty one to see if this cures the problem, otherwise I would try disconnecting the battery before a trip to the dealer.

I've had this a couple of times before. Screen just will not illuminate. Then on next key start all is fine.
Hasn't happened for a couple of months now.
