Hi all,

After TWO YEARS of trouble free motoring (!!!) with our beloved Brava, we finally need to replace some parts beofre the next MOT in October next year.

Thought we might as well get them now, rather than wait and forget.......

Anyone know where I can get a new third brake light bulb holder/bulbs, and also a o/s headlamp lens, small crack in ours.

Any help great appreciated!!

scrapyard, it'll cost no more than £20 for both. easy to remove and fit yourself.

Yeah, trouble is there are no decent scrappies in Mid Wales, only sheep.....

Just been quoted £13 for a rear brake light lamp holder, guy on eBay, seems a bit steep.......what you think??

i'm sure someone on this forum will sell you one for a fiver or less. post a pic of the exact bit you need. i may be going to the scrapyards this weekend. if i do i'll get you one and post it, and i wont ask for a penny profit.

All I need is the insert (or bulb holder) to the third brake light, and the bulbs of course. I hoped you could just replace the bulbs, but its a complete unit

If you could find one, I will be HUGELY grateful. Will of course pay p and p and chuck in extra for a beer!!

I'm going to the scrapyards on saturday morning, i'll try and get you one. whatever it costs me to buy and post is all you need pay. should think it'll be less than a fiver all together
