Hi, Welcome to the FF.
Should be under the driver's seat behind the carpet or behind the plastic panel to the left of the passenger's feet. Left hand drive cars may be opposite.

hi dave..looked in both of them areas cant find it in either place..any other places it could be

under the passenger seat the button is on top, or possibly under the dash around the bonnet release handle
