I like the ride height i have just want stiffer springs and cant find them any where unless i go for lowering and with all the bloody speedy bumps we got it aint worth it is there any where i can jus buy normal spring bu just stiffer

coil overs will do you , you can keep ure ride height and stiffen the dampers but they are costly

cheap option is rubber spring assisters (from grayston engineering), very easy to fit, and they work amazingly well. i've used them in the past.

you're looking at £25-35 for a pair from your local motorfactor. there are 5 sizes to choose from. you need to jack your car up and measure the gap between the 2 centre coils, front and back are different so measure both.

yes they often get called towing rubbers and are used for towing caravans. bigger wheels will give you more clearance under the car unless you fit low profile tyres making the net effect almost zero. you can calculate the difference here: http://www.tyresave.co.uk/tyresize.html
