Radio, speedometer cuts out intermittendly

Good day, (2016 Qubo 1.3 multijet)
A few weeks ago I had a Bluetooth tracking system installed which connects to my phone and insurance company. It is not plugged into anything and doesn't tap into any wiring. It is an absolute stand alone unit. I have however found recently that sometimes the radio, speedometer and info display cuts out for a second then comes on again immediately. Where do I start looking? Can a Bluetooth device screw around with the car?
