Okay, not sure how many people have posted about this before but I've had my GP a week now and it was all working fine until Tuesday night..

The USB now wont play! The car recognises its in but I just cant hear the song being played.. also the voice commands have the same thing - I just cant hear the woman, like they're both on mute or something?

I havent touched the car and the radio / CD player work fine.. any help?

You can try to increase the external audio volume by the following method:

Press 'MENU' button on the sound system. Press the vertical arrow marks to access external audio volume. Press horizontal arrow marks to increase the external audio volume. Briefly press 'MENU' button to save the settings.

Thanks jay... I tried this and no luck been back to GH today and they've booked it in for next week so fingers crossed!

Although, to make me look stupid the bloody thing started to work on my drive to the dealers :bang:
