Okay.

As an MP3 with id3 tags, most mp3s that I have ive renamed the actual file name as: 'Joe Bloggs - The Joe Bloggs Tune'. And where the 'title' will be 'The Joe Bloggs Tune' and the 'Artist' will be 'Joe Bloggs'. When displaying on the dashboard it only tells me the title and not the artist. With 10GB of stuff and when it only displays the track title, sometimes I dont even know what im listening to until i let it play for a bit. Does anyone know if/how I can change this? I know that if I remove the id3 tags (ie. 'title' and 'artist' data) it will just display the file name title.

Does anyone know anything we don't know??? If so please help!? Would like some more thoughts on this.

I think it's a pain in the neck to be fair. I'm probably going to remove ALL id3 tags from my MP3's....it's all pointless information anyway, and then it will display properly.

I developed a small Windows program that addresses some of the Blue&Me problems with MP3 files on a USB stick.
The current version removes all tags except the ID3v1 tag. It also puts a track number in front of the title so that tracks from one album play in the right order.

It also changes characters like áà to characters that can be displayed in the Fiat display.
