Hello, I have posted about this before as I have had constant trouble with this feature on my Dynamic 1.4 since last year. I took it to my dealer who said that they havenotmuch experience with Blue & Me and then said tha FIAT had given them no training about it at all. Anyway, as I have previously said these are the problems:
1. The mileage flashes constatly.
2. The MP3 plays raerely in the correct maner. It ficks to AUX al the time and it will not work for aything frm the stering.
FIAT asked the dealer to do a diagnostic test and then decided that the Windows box needed completely replacing. I asked about a software update but the dealer said that FIAT said there is no such thing. This can't be true surely....it can't be the box but must be the software yes?
I am confused but know one thing FIAT customer service is utter rubbish. NEVER have I known such poor service. They opended up a casenote a FIAT in Slough and said they would keep me informed. The never have and all I have had to do is chase the myself. They do not even say sorry.....raher they say it's new technology. I say if you can't get it right do not out it in the car and charge me nearly a £1000 including the upgraded CD system / subwoofer etc.
This car is becoming a pain, with the windows failing and now this....it's all the electrics they just seem poor to me.
Anyhow , I am reticent to let them replace the box...can anybody please advise?
