I am not sure as it goes, what I was thinking of doing was taking my B and removing all the bushes, once I have them off the car I can take them to the specialist and match them up as close as possible, after this is done friends of the family can make any small adjustments that might need doing to the bushes before fitting them to my B.
As this is a job that takes a while working out what bushes work and making any changes to them to get the correct fit, making one set or say 4 sets is not that much different as once you have the correct parts and the tooling side is set up all the hard guess work of the job is done.
I cant get my friends to make them over and over again so its going to be a one shot deal. I just wanted to know if I had say four sets made people would like a set and if not I would just make one set for myself.
As a stab in the dark I guess the cost would be £150 - £250 but I would not slap on loads of cash if I did sell them so it would be a few quid more then what it cost to get them.
As for the Punto bushes, a few are the same but most don’t fit. A guy on this forum fitting punto bushes onto his B and he said that most don’t work.
If I do get some made I will let you all know and put them on ebay of just offer them up for sale.
