Hi everyone,
My electric antenna does not operate anymore. It appears the 12V is no longer there on the wiring. Does anyone know where this wire is coming from?
I have downloaded the Barchetta Service Manual, but the electric antenna is not listed in the wiring diagrams.
I do have a standard antenna, it has been working.
My b is the classic model, from 1999.

thanks for any help
Alfred

The antena wiring has a ground on the body of it and 2 12v lines , one is permanent power i gess it comes from a fuse box , the other one comes from the radio and it only comes alive (12v) wen the radio is turned on making the antena raising up , wen radio is off there is no power in this line , making the antena go down (control line )

thanks.
the question is still there, from which fuse at which fuse box come the permanent line...?

i really don't now ! do you suspect a fuse ? you can allways check them all !
i have been thinking and it's possible the permanent line comes from the radio allso since the control line comes from there !! you can remove the radio identify the control line and check if the wire as company, if so, just follow it...some radio wirings have aditional fuses in the conections and crapy conections to...
i hope it helps !

thanks, both of you. I'll try and find out. I'll keep you posted on the result.
