My poor "B" has to spend the winter outside, so I need to get a good fitting waterproof cover to protect it.

Can anyone recommend or suggest anywhere I can get one, tailored to the car would be excellent...or a good fitting waterproof cover, that doesn't cost the earth....

E-Bay have a few at the mo. I would recommend a breathable one. However take it off regularly to keep the mositure away, this is how cars rot, standing there for ages not moving, or garaging them in a moist enviroment. Dry store or breathable hood.

Are you using the car every day? I bought a cover for my b but then changed my mind about using it because several people said it was more likely that I'd scratch the car taking the cover on and off all the time.

But if you are interested I have a cover fitted for an mx5 that has never been used. It cost me $66 from US with shipping but any offers? I just want to clear a bit of space and its not been used.

Not cheap but top quality products by all accounts

I use this one for when it's not windy, but pi$$ing down. Which it was this morning It's nothing fancy, but it keeps the water out.

Used to have a cover but as the B is a daily drive I got fed up wrestling with a parachute sized lump of wet nylon every morning.
Strangely enough both herself and myself decided to move, mostly for more space and to give the B a proper garage!
