Amongst other things what is that hole in the rear quarter for, looks like its for the fuel cap but theres already one in the normal position?

it is a panda but the back has all been changed they are sj wheels so fit on a sj there alone worth 300 so jacked up panda it was very good in the mud on play and pay

This works; and it has a pickup 'twin' (both Minis on SJ chassis...) that's actually used as a tow-truck, when there's not enough room for a normal-sized one....
