UK headlights, UK tail lights, VOSA check, M.O.T, registration and Tax. So after buying the car for the £300 he wants (otherwise he'll fit a Punto 16V engine) the car will need £150 or so in parts to make it UK legal, £40 for someone to look at it say "yep that's a Panda", £40 for the M.O.T, £25 for the log book, £20-£30 for the numberplates, and £130 for a years Tax. But here's the biggest problem. The car will need to be kept left hand drive because a right hand drive conversion will require an SVA/IVA test at £400 and the car will need to be insured as an import so expect to pay between five and ten times as much as UK Panda.
It's not really any good for parts either as it look more of a shed than a lot I've seen in twice it's age.
Not possible to convert to right hand drive...
