I've scoured the Internet and read all sorts of crazy stuff about this and I'm still no closer to a resolution so I wanted to see what you thought.

Simply, I want to be able to stream Spotify from my Galaxy note 3 - whether it be through the b&m system or the USB port, but it doesn't work on either. I read someone managed to bodge it with the b&m update (I have a 58 plate so it limits the update I can go to) but I don't like the sound of that. I'd rather not pull the stock radio out and lose steering controls etc but I'm running out of options.

Anyone successfully got around this?

You won't be able to do this with B&M, I simply doesn't support A2DP streaming.

You'll need to get an aux setup to plug the phone into, but will probably loose B&M.

Thanks.

Is there any specific setup you'd recommend? I've heard of people using some kind of usb/aux converter to stream services such as Spotify but I've seen and read about some awful awful setups.

It's looking more and more like I'll need to use a third party head unit :(

I'd done that with my old 1.2 but I can't find the carbon fiber effect console anywhere online! I think you're right though. I need to accept the inevitable haha
