You don't as far as I'm aware buy the round stick on things and park in front of a garage and try and figure out where to put them as the instructions I found useless, I had mine roughly at the top right corner pointing to about 2 o clock, that said I went in Summer and only used the headlights a couple of times, the french guy on the train asked me what they were, said he'd never seen them before and never saw French cars coming to the UK use them, go figure

Older cars had a little lever that would adjust the beam. Newer/high-end cars have an electronic adjustment controlled via a configuration option.
But, I've been told that in the case of Xenon headlights, there is no need for adjustment because the beam is flat. I've googled a bit and found two articles that mention this, but I am not sure if this is true for the 500x.
I added Xenons as an option when I bought my car, but never bothered to look at the shape of the beam.

Thanks, i will google it as well.
On my 500X Cross Plus 2015 the Xenon beams ARE NOT flat.
