Hi, been a few years since i was last on here with my Punto, but i have just bought my wife an 09 500C with auto climate control and like a complete idiot I did no research and have ended up with a heater not working properly.
I can hear the flap clunking and we get cool air and hot air, is this a broken box or the flap motor getting confused?

Hi welcome back, there's a thread on this if it's the blend door then your options are very limited, sell the car, remove the entire dash and front doors seats etc or there's been some mention of a possible fix , remove the actuator and see if the pin is snapped off?

Just had a similar problem, there is a guy who has a fix for 165! hes based near Portsmouth
