Hi I remember some magazines claiming the 500 was a rebodied panda. Is it a rebodied panda 2 or 3 . Reason I ask is I'm struggling to find shocks or bushes for n my panda 3 ( 2012)

Hi panda phil,
The 500 is primarily based on the Panda (2003-2012) model; the new Panda 2012 onwards shares most of the same bits still, but it has got some revised parts.
I agree that parts for the Panda 2012 model are hard to come by at times; I found that was the case before when we had ours.
Have you tried contacting shop4parts for example? They are really good to deal with and have always answered my questions without any fuss. If they don't stock what you need they might be able to offer suggestions.

Hi thanks for reply, I've tried various factors but not shop4parts. I'll give them a try.
The rear shocks look the smart and have same mounting but wasn't sure if internally they had been altered for different weight or characteristics.

Super uwe you are the man, I contacted shop4 parts as they didn't list one on their website but actually have an order of them just in stock so not on website yet.? and for about £24 plus vat so the guts of 30 all in ?

They are really good to deal with there, not surprised they were able to help out.
Good to hear the Panda 2012 section is getting updated on their website too; I imagine it will only be a matter of time before you can start getting most of the parts you need (you only need to take a look at the 500 section to see what a vast stock of parts/accessories they have).
