Anyone know where the diagnostic plug outlet is on the Fiat 500.

Small panel to the lower right of the dashboard. Just give it a firm pull straight towards you & it'll come off in your hands.

Take care not to lose the fuse puller, which is clipped to a lip just behind the panel:
