i ordered my 500 on october the 9th..so am expecting it january or Feb..will this now be a 2010 model with all the changes ie stop and start..etc[and price increase to reflect that] that i never asked for..?

it will be whatever you ordered would be my guess.

Nah, should be the same as you ordered mate, Dec 1st was the cut off, anything ordered or varied after that date would arrive as a start stop 2010ModelYear car.

A lot of people would accept the extra cost of the start and stop (after all it can be switched off if you aren't a fan) just to get the revised rear suspension setup. However, as Matt says, you should get exactly what you ordered based on your order date.
