OK, so Fiat claim that there are 500,000 combinations for the 500. Interested to hear how many you went through before ordering. Here's how my 500-to-be has evolved : -

Friday 17th July - Saw a 500 on the road and wondered if they were covered by scrappage scheme. Found out on the web that evening they were!
Saturday - Went to local dealer to look at one but no demonstrators available that day to drive. Car choice of the day - White 1.2 Sport with Italian flag stripes and side strip with 500 badge
Sunday - 1.2 Sport in Electroclash Grey with White Side Stripe
Monday - 1.2 Sport in Electroclash Grey with Chrome strips
Tuesday - 1.2 Sport in White with Chrome Strips
Wednesday - 1.2 Sport in White with black side stripe and no chrome
Thursday - 1.2 Lounge in Electroclash Grey
Friday - 1.2 Lounge in White with 16" Multi Spoke wheels
Saturday - Went to test drive and got dealer to configure 1.2 Lounge with standard wheels and side strip with 500 badge!
Sunday - 1.2 Lounge in white with side strip and Blue and Me Map, and Interscope
Today (Monday) - 1.2 Lounge in white with 16" Multi Spokes and Blue and Me Map.

Decisions, decisons, decisions.

What is even more worrying is how much more is my choice going to change in the 12 weeks between ordering and delivery!! :bang:

Me: What the heck is that version of Fiat 500 outside?
Dealer: That sir is the Fiat 500 By Diesel.
Me: I 'll have that one.
Dealer:- Step this way!

Not many choices on that version!

So you went for the sunroof and Air con? I've skipped on the Sunroof though. Heard it made the cabin noisy at motorway speed.

Should be here in October. Only ordered it last Saturday. Loooong wait

Just ordered this lunchtime so I'm a couple of days behind you!

Final spec was White 1.2 Lounge with 16" Multi Spoke Alloys, and Side Strip with 500 logo!

I wanted a white Lounge with ivory ambience, that was all I specified. They had one at the docks waiting to be bought so I got that one. It's a completely standard spec Lounge in BNW, about as plain as you can get!

For now. A lot of people will hate the way it looks when it's all paid off and I can start 'adjusting' bits though.
