Hi guys

Not really a useful thread at all this but think of it as therapy, the diary room of the forum and my place to rant!

I've just returned from a lovely holiday in the Algarve all chilled and relaxed. However upon washing my car today I've noticed that whilst its been resting on my parents drive something (or someone) has hit the bonnet and has taken a large chunk of paint off the bonnet. Its about 0.5cm x 0.5cm and is right down to the metal.

I know in the grand scheme of things this is insignificant, you know world peace, cancer etc etc, but to me its big news and has really pi**ed me off!

To make matters worse its on the curve of the bonnet just before to bumper area and looks obvious that I've touched it up, because of the size!

Anyway, therapy over and thanks for letting me rant. I can't even walk past the car without looking for this chunk! God, the curse of the perfectionist

Well, you could have withdrawn the mothers' day card until she coughed up and confessed, but I guess it's too late for that: or you could just bite the bullet and get it resprayed yourself. Either way your relationship with your parents has changed irrevocably. Shame
