Had our 1.2 funk white one week and have to say im very impressed.

I think the text messages being read out loud is a laugh and a half.

The drive is getting better every time we go out, only done 200miles but it feels as thou it is getting more responsive(might be where im applying more throttle?)

Computer is great and says we our averaging 45mpg, which i think is great as thats been a far bit of town.

Standard sound system is fantastic.

Leather seats are very supportive and comfortable, also they smell great.

The sound of doors and boot closing is very upmarket and feels very well put together, really happy and will give her another wash and wax @ the weekend then get some photos up!

Well done fiat has made us both very happy after a stressfull couple of years!(y)

spun.... err i mean red leather lol.

It was between red or tan.

We tried to make it retro looking rather than sporty, our last car was clio 182 so have had a change in type of car alltogether really.

I was a bit concerned about getting this colour, it was my wifes idea and im glad we went for it, it is fantastic! It is worth the extra, but i like all the colours. Was a difficult decision lol.

You will love it! Cnt stop staring at the paint, it turns a lot of heads! lol

Sounds lovely - really can't wait now! Was tempted to drive past the compound to see if I could see it but hubbie said that was a bit 'sad'.

This week is going so slowly.....

Does the paint really 'shine' in the sun? What's it like on a dull day like today - can you still distinguish between bossa nove white and funk white?

Id be down there looking for it Heidi:)

I would do but I'm trying to save fuel as I don't want to give the garage any diesel in the crap-max but have only 0.25 of a tank left which is approx 100 miles ... it's 35 miles to work and back and i'm out on friday for the day too! Not long now though - although this week is dragging

I don't know how to quote twice but thanks j3bnl for the message about it looking creamy pearly too

Not til 4pm :( - the dealer had a bit of a tantrum about it being on a saturday (do people normally take a days holiday to collect a new car? I never have!) and so I think pushed me to the last slot of the day. grrrrrrrr. Saturday is going to drag I think.

On the plus side my mum is babysitting from 3pm and we've been told to 'come back when you want' (think she wants to watch the x factor in peace) so we are going for a drive round, a pub dinner somewhere...... do you know anywhere decent - I only seem to go to child friendly hostelries these days.

All there is a Funk white sport in the Colliers showroom in Birmingham.
It does look good and the sun shines off is nicely. They have put black sticker kits on it which look ok.... if you like that sort of thing.

It is like a champagne colour!

Use the multiquote button as opposed to the quote button for each of the topics you want to reply to and then use the quote button to post.(y)

You could go to the Mountbatten, should be able to get into third gear by the time you get there. :D

I went to the Amberwood at Walkford on Sunday, the food is always good there. (turn opposite the Cat and Fiddle) I think they have entertainment on Saturday nights.

Multiquoting, nope, I give up - although might work by the time this message comes up, can't tell til I click submit. Walkford sounds nice..... years since I've been out driving to pubs, not since I was 18 and I used to be the designated driver all the time in my Fiat Panda! oo the memories. Thanks for the tip.(y)

When did you order your car Spunky?

I'll post pic's of my Jive blue when it arrives. The way things are going Santa will be arriving first :shakehead:
