I have never named a car in my life before but.....

We (note the "we" and not "I") have now called our 1.2 Pop - Brit (aka "Brit Pop") and the 1.3 Sport - Jacko (it sort of came from 1.3 MJ - or Michael Jackson, again, not actually anything to do with me!)

I've named my baby Donatella just thought the name was cool and doesn't have a very good number plate i can make a name from.

Hi everyone, new to the site, my 500 is still 2 1/2 months away but it hasn't stopped me obsessing over it already. Never named a car before but I think it would have to be a female and very Italian name for my 500. Got a bit of a list going, how sad is that! Plus I've put way too much thought into this and I should have better things to do...

Fausta/Faustina meaning lucky

Fiametta meaning fire (might go with my fiery red leather seats...they had better be nice lol)

Loreto which is a place name

Liviana related to envy

Still, there's plenty of time to decide on one.

We called ours Oscar don't know why, and when we went to pick the car up we couldn't believe the Reg plate..... last three letters were ODJ and my first and middle name is David James and we didn't get to pick the plate

My black 1.2 lounge is called Nero ... as suggested in the forum!!!

I get my wee 500 sometime this week, wanted her since march but can only know afford her. My friends etc laugh at me because not only am naming a car I dont actually have yet, Im a woman giving my car a girls name!!

My 500 shall be called DIPPY and she shall be green and gorgeous.

We'll be collecting ours on Thursday and we've been calling the expected new arrival Lil' Luigi until we read a post saying that all cars are female.
She'll now be called Lil' Lola. Also considered calling her the womble as the last half of the license plate is WOM.

When mine finally arrives it will be known as "Il Mobile del Bertie", which I know almost sounds like a street in Benidrom, but every car I have gets christened The Bertie Mobile, as its my nickname from my partner and hence its my car
