This is what the steering wheel looks like, is there anything missing here?

Found this reference in the manual with no parts list or drawing to show what it is, any ideas?

Yes the two lobed spring is missing

Do you have an image of this? The two plastic cams are present if that’s what you are referring to....

I have zoomed in the photo and circled the metal part.
